About the Role

Job Description

We’re seeking a Director of Brand Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts across brand, product, and demand generation. You will shape Omnia’s voice in the market, drive customer acquisition strategies, and build a scalable marketing engine from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with our growth goals.


This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about storytelling, growth strategy, and brand building.


In a typical week, a Director of Brand Marketing could expect to:


Develop and refine the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, product marketing, and content.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and user engagement.
Create or oversee marketing assets including blogs, case studies, social posts, landing pages, and product collateral.
Manage Omnia’s digital presence, including website updates, SEO/SEM campaigns, and paid media performance.
Collaborate with Product to launch new features and create go-to-market strategies.
Analyze marketing metrics to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.
Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and vendors for creative, paid, and content execution.
Align marketing efforts with sales and customer success teams to drive pipeline growth and customer retention.
Develop and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Explore partnership, co-marketing, and community-building opportunities.


This role may require up to 10% travel


Scope of Responsibilities



Define and evolve Omnia WorkSpace’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Own marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels (email, web, social, paid media, partnerships)
Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and major feature rollouts.
Drive content marketing initiatives to build thought leadership and organic traffic.
Manage marketing tech stack, CRM, automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS)
Build and report on KPIs tied to lead generation, conversion, engagement, and brand visibility.
Optimize marketing programs for scalability and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product, marketing, and sales alignment.
Support the buildout of marketing team functions as Omnia scales.

Requirements

Required Skills


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in early-stage, high-growth environments.

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing multi-channel strategies.

  • Strong written, verbal, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising)

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)

  • Ability to set KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present actionable insights.

  • Deep understanding of brand marketing, product positioning, and customer journey optimization.

  • Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.

  • Thrives in a startup environment: flexible, proactive, and self-directed.

  • Strong collaboration skills across technical, creative, and sales teams.


Desired Skills


  • Experience as an early marketing hire or team builder in a startup.

  • Background in product marketing for SaaS or productivity tools.

  • Ability to manage or contribute to creative asset development (design sensibility is a plus)

  • Knowledge of CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or similar.

  • Familiarity with community marketing or building influencer/partnership programs.

  • Passion for productivity tech, future-of-work tools, and scaling growth from 0-1.
